Your order will be shipped within 6 weeks of the pageant finals.  V.I.P. and Reality Star DVDs will be sent within 12 weeks (other DVDs in your package may be shipped sooner).  Due to the nature of pageant competition, we will be unable to offer cancellations or refunds, only replacement of defective DVDs.
